  • Do I need prior experience to join?

    Not at all. Whether you're brand new to fitness or have years of experience, our coaches will meet you where you are. New members learn movements, equipment, and class flow with extra coaching built into their first classes, so you can build confidence from day one.


  • How do I get started?

    Schedule a free intro. We'll learn about your goals, answer your questions, give you a tour of the gym, and recommend the membership that's the best fit for you.

  • What programs do you offer?

    We offer CrossFit, HYROX training, youth Sports Performance, Personal Training, and Open Gym. Whether you're training for competition or simply want to stay strong and healthy, there's a place for you here.


  • What is a typical class like?

    Every coach-led class includes a warm-up, movement instruction, strength or skill work, and a workout. Our coaches provide scaling options so every workout is appropriate for your current fitness level.



  • Is CrossFit right for beginners?

    Absolutely. Every workout can be modified to match your experience and ability. Many of our members started with no CrossFit experience, and our coaching team is here to help you learn safely and confidently.
